These terms govern your use of muxa.design (the "site"). By using the site, you agree to them. The terms apply to the public website only. Engagements with MUXA are governed by a separate, signed agreement with the client.

About this site

muxa.design is an information site for MUXA Design Studio. It exists so that prospective clients, partners, and the curious can understand what we do, see our case studies, and get in touch.

Use of the site

You may read the site, share links to it, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not:

• Republish substantial portions of the site or the case studies without written permission.
• Scrape, copy, or train models on the content at scale.
• Use the MUXA name, logo, or brand assets to imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist.
• Use the site to do anything illegal, infringing, or harmful to other readers.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including writing, case studies, blog articles, images, illustrations, and code, is owned by MUXA Design Studio or its clients, unless explicitly credited otherwise. Client work is published with permission and remains the intellectual property of the client. Quoting with attribution is fine. Wholesale reuse is not.

Case study accuracy

Case studies describe real engagements. We work with clients to confirm what can and cannot be shared. Metrics quoted come from the client or from research run during the project. We are conservative with what we publish, but engagements evolve over time, and the case study reflects the state of the work as of its publish date.

External links

The site links to external services such as Calendly, Upwork, client websites, and third-party reading. We do not control those sites, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content or behaviour.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors, that it will always be online, or that any specific result will follow from reading it. The site is not professional advice. Reading a case study is not a substitute for a scoping conversation about your own project.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MUXA Design Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for things that cannot be limited by law, such as fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Any change takes effect when posted on this page. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
