Privacy policy

This page describes how MUXA Design Studio handles information when you visit muxa.design or contact us by email. We are a small studio. We do not run analytics on this site, we do not sell data, and we collect only what we need to reply to you.

Who we are

MUXA Design Studio is a small, senior product design studio. For all privacy questions, contact hello@muxa.design.

What we collect

We collect only the information you provide directly:

• Contact details. Your name, email address, and the content of any message you send us, when you email hello@muxa.design or book a call through Calendly.
• Project briefs. Any documents, links, or context you choose to share with us during the intro process.

We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or session-replay tools on this site. We do not maintain a marketing email list and we do not send newsletters.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, scope possible work, and, if we move forward together, deliver the engagement. We keep email threads for as long as the working relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up.

Third-party services this site uses

The website itself is intentionally light, but a few third parties are involved when you load or interact with it:

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), used to serve the Fraunces and JetBrains Mono webfonts. Google may receive your IP address and user agent.
• Fontshare (api.fontshare.com), used to serve the General Sans webfont. Fontshare may receive your IP address and user agent.
• Calendly (calendly.com), used for booking intro calls. If you click through to schedule a call, Calendly's own privacy policy applies.
• Our hosting provider, which receives standard web server logs (IP, user agent, requested URL) for the purpose of serving the site.

We do not control how these providers process data. Their own privacy policies apply.

Cookies

This site does not set first-party tracking cookies. See the cookie notice for detail on any third-party cookies the embedded services above may set.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@muxa.design. Because we hold very little data, in most cases this is a one-message exchange.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page.
